Rafaela,
We are building a new wellness brand from Madrid with the ambition to create a category-defining company in one of the largest and most durable consumer sectors globally.
We believe there is an opportunity to build a brand that combines strong product standards, sharp positioning, disciplined execution, and modern go-to-market. Our intention is not to build a small niche label, but a meaningful business with the potential to become a large platform over time.
From our conversations, we believe there is a strong fit between the opportunity we are building and the role you are looking for: a chance to join early, help shape the company from the ground up, and operate at founder level alongside two experienced entrepreneurs with deep experience in building and scaling consumer businesses around the world.
This document sets out how we see the opportunity, the role, the first phases of execution, and the broad terms of the partnership we would like to propose.
Dan & Julien
01
What we're building
We believe the wellness and supplement space remains massively underbuilt relative to its long-term potential. Although the market is showing signs of maturity, it is still in the early innings of a much larger transformation. We see wellness and longevity evolving into one of the largest and most impactful global markets.
The market is large, structurally growing, and increasingly shaped by brands that combine trust, product quality, community, and cultural relevance. At the same time, many players remain either operationally weak, brand-light, or too generic in how they approach product and go-to-market.
Our ambition is to build a business that is sharper than legacy players, more disciplined than most emerging brands, and more scalable than founder-led personal brands that never become real companies.
We are approaching this with clear intent:
- Spain-first, with the ability to expand across Europe over time
- DTC-first, with influencer and community-led distribution at launch
- A focused initial range, with 1–3 products at launch and a roadmap to expand selectively
- A company built for scale from the start, not improvised post-launch
02
Where we stand
We have been shaping the core of this for many years, and have already built:
- Deep experience in building and scaling consumer businesses
- A strong operating playbook across brand, growth, CRM, digital, logistics, and execution
- Access to sourcing, manufacturing conversations, and product groundwork already underway
- Access to financing and the ability to support the company through the build phase
- The ambition to build not just a brand, but potentially a broader platform over time
This matters because early-stage consumer brands usually fail for predictable reasons: weak execution, lack of discipline, bad economics, confused positioning, or founders who are not operationally strong enough. We are deliberately trying to remove those failure points from day one.
And we are definitely moving forward and already in motion. Though we'd actively welcome the right person to join us on this journey.
03
Why you
We are considering this partnership because we believe you bring a rare combination of qualities that matter at this stage. In particular, we believe you have:
- Strong network and relationship-building ability
- Sharp instincts on product, market dynamics, and consumer relevance
- The ability to develop partnerships and open doors
- Real ambition, coupled with coachability and willingness to iterate
- The work ethic and intensity required to build from the ground up
- A strong ability to learn fast, operate quickly, and take over the full operational scope of launching a brand
This role requires more than enthusiasm. It requires range, resilience, discipline, speed, and judgment. It requires someone who can not only absorb feedback but actively looks for it, who can move quickly, and keep raising the quality of execution. Based on what we have seen so far, we believe you have the potential to do that.

Your role
Executive Founder
Subject to progression and final structuring, this role is intended to evolve into the lead executive role of the company.
You would join as the day-to-day executive founder of the business, based in Madrid or operating on an equivalent full-time basis in Spain, and work with us to shape and launch the company within the next six months.
You would be expected to lead execution across the pre-launch and launch phases, while working closely with us on strategy, product, brand, and company building.
Community & Brand Building
- Lead the creation of early community around the brand
- Shape brand voice, market presence, and external narrative
- Build founder-led credibility and visibility in-market
- Identify and develop relevant relationships across creators, ambassadors, and partners
Content Creation, Education & Curation

- Shape a content system that builds trust, authority, and repeated consumer engagement over time
- Create and oversee founder-led and brand-led content that translates product benefits into clear, compelling narratives
- Define the brand's educational voice on ingredients, routines, outcomes, and category topics
- Curate ideas, formats, references, and external signals that keep the brand culturally sharp and commercially relevant
- Identify the right balance between original, expert, curated, and community-driven content
- Build a consistent pipeline of content themes, storylines, and launch moments across social, CRM, partnerships, and owned channels
- Ensure content is strategically useful in driving awareness, trust, and conversion
- Work with internal and external creators to maintain high standards of clarity, taste, and brand coherence
- Turn customer questions, feedback, and market insights into content that educates, reassures, and drives action
Product & Range Development
- Co-lead the refinement of the initial range and product offering
- Contribute actively on product-market fit, pricing, packaging, and range logic
- Work with us and suppliers to pressure-test what should launch, in what order, and why
Go-to-Market
- Help define and execute launch channels, especially DTC and influence-led distribution
- Build early traction through community, partnerships, and founder-led momentum

- Identify gaps, make proposals, and drive decisions forward with speed and clarity
- Build the discipline and rhythm required for the company to operate well from the start
This role is intended to be a high-ownership, high-accountability founder role. It is not pure execution, advisory, part-time, or symbolic.

Governance & ways of working
You would lead day-to-day execution of the business and be expected to bring initiative, proposals, and operating decisions forward across the company.
We would work as an active founding team, with close collaboration on strategy, product, commercial direction, and key company decisions. In practice, this means:
- You lead budget definition, to be agreed together, and execute against it
- You lead the day-to-day running of the business
- You are expected to drive plans, propose solutions, and move workstreams forward
- We remain actively involved in major strategic, financial, and company-building decisions
- Important decisions are discussed and aligned as a founding team rather than made in isolation
You would also join the board alongside us, reflecting the founder-level nature of the role.
This structure is designed to combine speed of execution with the benefit of shared experience, pattern recognition, and strategic support.

08
What success looks like
Within the first 12 months, success would mean:
- The brand has launched well and established a credible position in the market
- A clear community and customer base has been built
- The first product range shows strong fit and commercial logic
- The business is operating with discipline, pace, and ambition
- You have become a real executive leader of the company, not just a contributor within it
- The company is in a strong position to scale, expand the range, and evaluate broader platform opportunities over time
09
Next steps
We are looking for someone who wants more than a job title.
This role is for someone who wants to build, commit, lead, and create real long-term value inside a business with serious ambition.
We believe this could be a rare opportunity to join early, help shape a company from the ground up, and build something significant with experienced founders who know what scale looks like and how hard it is to achieve.
If this direction feels right on both sides, the next step would be to move into formal documentation and start building.
